Kathy McGarrigle, 12U and 19U Head Coach, Assisting with the development of all
Lady Ducks teams/players.
Kathy brings over 20 years of playing experience and
seven trips to USAHockey Women’s National Championships. She has earned her
Advanced Coaching Certification and has been with the Lady Ducks since the
beginning in 2000. She has coached Lady Ducks teams to the Girls National
Championships 7 times ~ 6-in-a-row, 2005-2010 earning 3 Bronze and 1 Gold
medal in the last four years. She developed the structure for the Lady Ducks 10U and 8U developmental programs and produced the first 8U team in California in 2006.
Player development is her strongest asset. Kathy has worked 20 years as a teacher in elementary, middle and High School. She earned a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and wrote the Master's thesis "Female Hockey in the United States: 1892-1999" |

Don Johnson, 14U,
16U Head Coach
Don
Played 5 years At The Junior A Level Winning many High Level Achievement Trophies.
He also Played NCAA Div. 1 Hockey For The University of Alaska Fairbanks. Finally Played Pro In The ECHL for The Long Beach Ice Dogs, Bakersfield Condors, and Stockton Thunder.

Andy Silva, 8U Coach, 12U Assistant
Andy is in his 5th year on the
bench with the Lady Ducks. He has been coaching club soccer and Hockey in
Southern California for almost 10 years. His emphasis on individual skill
development and TEAM concepts are a great asset to the Lady Ducks Program. Andy
takes his background as a multi-sport athlete and gives the girls a lot of
support and instruction at practices and games.

Caroline Marchant, 10U Coach
This is Caroline's
second season working with the Lady Ducks youngest players. She focuses on
strong positional play and teaches basic skill development. With a priority on
FUN for the Lil Lady Ducklings, Caroline is a positive addition to the Lady
Ducks Coaching staff. |
