The LDs took a 3-0 record and 28 goals for to only 2 against into the playoff. The LD squad defeated Nichols college %28Div III women%27s team%29%2c Rhode Island and Vermont in their pool. Unfortunately the LDs found themselves going up against the eventual Tournament Champion USASelects%2c losing a close 3-2 match up in the playoffs. %3cbr /%3e%3cbr /%3eIt was a great hockey weekend. The girls had some very positive things said about them by college coaches who scouted the weekend %28Coaching staff seen watching included%3a Syracuse%2c BC%2c Amherst%2c Cortland%2c UMass Boston%2c Elmira%2c Dartmouth%2c Union%2c Niagara%2c Yale%2c etc....%29 What a great opportunity%21%3cbr /%3e%3cbr /%3e----------%3cbr /%3e%3cbr /%3eNow its time to get ready for the 2009-2010 season%21%3c/span%3e%3cbr /%3e%3cbr /%3e%3c/span%3e
